Chalet L'Alpin combines the traditional Savoyarde charm of a chalet "en style mazot", with luxuriously appointed rooms throughout.

Recently renovated, with 4 ensuite bedrooms comfortably sleeping 8, the chalet has stunning views along the Morzine valley and its own private garden.

The large open-plan salle de sejour is flooded with light through its vast windows, with the balcony offering the perfect spot to enjoy a cool apres-ski beer or G&T, and gaze up at the pointe de Ressachaux. As the night draws in, the roaring log fire provides a focal point for stories, banter and re-living the day's big airs or faceplants. The bedrooms have all been furnished in a traditional Savoyarde style, with beautiful en-suite bathrooms.

The chalet is in a great spot, with a 10 minute walk (on the flat!) taking you to Super Morzine or Pleney lifts for access to Avoriaz & Switzerland, or Morzine and Les Gets respectively.  The walk into town is equally painless, but if you are still in your ski boots you can hop on the free "navette" bus which stops near the chalet and will take you to and from the lifts, shops, restaurants and bars in just a couple of minutes. The local supermarket is also just a couple of hundred yards away, and on the same navettte route.

A large garage provides covered parking, and a place to off-load boots and ski gear after a day on the mountain. An industrial-grade bootwarmer is provided to ensure that your tootsies are toasty when you slip into your boots on first thing in the morning.

The service we offer at Chalet L'Alpin is to provide breakfast each day, and regular changes of linen and cleaning. A nice warm baguette arriving without having to get out of your pyjamas is always appreciated, especially if you've got a gaggle of kids to get ready for 9am ski lessons as well.  It's just a little bit extra, but all our guests tell us it makesa huge difference.

All bed linen and towels are provided; travel cots, high chairs, baby baths and kids' car seats are all available on request.  We've even been able to help out with emergency nappies on occasion.

Free Wifi access is available, DVD and stereo, and if you are desperate not to miss an episode of Coronation Street, we have access to UK free-to-air TV channels as well.

We love Chalet L'ALpin, it brings together the old and new in a unique way, and is something of an architectural feat.  But you'll have to come and visit to find out more!

PRICES - Sleeps 8

Sleeps 1-9 ~ luxury chalet which provides a Fresh Breakfast which is delivered daily, this consists of freshly baked baguettes and croissants. Prices are one set price for the entire chalet for the week. Chalet L'Alpin's change over is a Saturday.

Chalet Alpin is also available on a fully catered basis apart from peak weeks. The fully catered price is £750 pp minimum of 8 people required.
