LA FERME D'ELIE

La Ferme d'eile can be rented out by the room or as a whole either on a Fully catered, B&B or a self catered basis in the summer.

Brand new for winter 07/08, originally an old farm house which has been restored to a very high standard making it a beautiful luxury Alpine retreat.

The Chalet has great views of the surrounding mountains; a 15 minute walk will take you in to the centre of Morzine or you could take 5 minute walk in to Montriond.

On entering the Chalet there’s a great feeling of space and warmth, many of the originally features have been retained. A large impressive open plan sitting dinning room with south facing balcony and open fire provide guests with a traditional Alpine environment to relax and unwind.
There’s a wide screen TV, sky, DVD player, IPOD station, XBOX, Nintendo WII, internet access also a large selections of books and board games for all to enjoy.

There’s a sauna for relaxing in after a hard day on the mountain.

A mezzanine looks over the living area creating a quite spot to relax also it works well as an area for children to play or as an extension of the fifth bedroom making it a large family room sleeping another two people.

Outside there is parking for several cars and pretty garden with a seating area for relaxing and catching the sun. Table tennis and table football are also situated outdoors.

CHALET DAISY

A modern chalet built in traditional style, situated in a quite cul de sac an excellent location, a 5 minute walk will take you in to the centre of Morzine, ideal for families or a group of friends sharing the accommodation.

There is a good size living area with comfortable seating around a log burner for cosy nights in, a farmhouse table looks on to the south facing balcony with views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

There’s suitable storage space in the garage for all outdoor equipment and is surcue for mountain bikes plus a hose and stand for hosing muddy bikes down plus a drying room for wet clothes.
